Busy Mom's Weight Loss Plan

This is totally tongue in cheek; however there is some truth to it!  I thought of this brilliant plan the other morning as I was still in my pj's at 11am.

First, make sure you are nursing an infant.  This is very important, as it increases the busyness factor by 10+. 
Then, don't eat breakfast til after 11am most everyday- this is sure to throw your body into glucose confusion. 
Thirdly, only eat the crusts of your other children's sandwiches at lunch, while nursing the infant for the nineth time that day. 
Other helpful tips: don't get a nap- make sure you are good and sleep deprived.  Don't drink enough water, this is probably the most helpful tip of them all. 
This also does a great job of making sure you are in a great mood and does wonders for your memory!
A sure fire way to have a great school day and clean house!

OK, so not really.  But if we don't laugh at ourselves, there are plenty of others willing to do it for us!
